Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — and will play a key role in building a mission-driven team that powers our clinical and business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Understand hiring needs for various departments (clinical, operations, support functions)

Ø Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels

Ø Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership

Ø Conduct initial HR screening and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Ø Manage offer negotiations and release formal offer letters

Ø Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics using ATS or Excel

Ø Collaborate with onboarding and training teams to ensure smooth transitions

Ø Ensure hiring practices align with company values and DEI principles

Requirements:

Ø 0–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

Ø Experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or beauty sectors is preferred

Ø Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ø Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

Ø Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques

Ø Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms is a plus

Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Role Overview:

As the Head of BTL Activation, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through on-ground activations and below-the-line marketing campaigns. You will strategize, execute, and oversee outreach initiatives that connect directly with our target audience across cities, clinics, communities, and retail touchpoints.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives through purpose-led marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

BTL Strategy Development: Create and execute high-impact BTL marketing strategies tailored to urban and semi-urban markets.

Campaign Leadership: Lead execution of on-ground activations such as health camps, clinics, awareness drives, community events, and doctor engagement programs.

Team Management: Build and manage a pan-India team of field marketers, city leads, and activation managers.

Vendor Management: Identify and manage third-party vendors for printing, fabrication, staffing, and logistics.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign messaging and targeting.

Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze ROI from all BTL activities using data, feedback, and CRM integrations.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent brand messaging and ethics in all customer-facing initiatives.

Innovation: Continuously explore new formats and channels for field engagement and brand education.


Requirements:

Proven 3 to 7 years of experience in BTL marketing, field activation, or trade marketing in high-growth consumer-facing industries (Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, etc.).

Strong leadership and team-building skills across diverse geographies.

Ability to work in a high-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.

Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.

Exposure to tier-2 and tier-3 markets will be a strong advantage.

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy:

- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business growth.

- Anticipate hiring needs based on business objectives and growth projections, and work closely with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Advise on talent gaps and succession planning to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction across the organization.

- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.

- Regularly assess employee feedback through surveys, one-on-ones, and other channels, and implement actionable solutions based on insights gathered.

- Develop programs that encourage recognition, reward, and professional growth, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

Attrition Reduction & Retention Strategies:

- Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing employee retention.

- Analyze and address the root causes of attrition, and create targeted interventions to keep high-performing employees engaged and committed to the company.

- Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

HR Interventions to Support Business Growth:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, leadership development, and talent management, supporting the achievement of key business objectives.

- Provide HR expertise in areas such as performance management, compensation strategy, and employee relations to ensure alignment with business priorities.

- Lead HR initiatives that support rapid scaling, including workforce optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability in an evolving startup environment.

Employee Lifecycle Management with Operational Excellence:

- Ensure high operational rigor in managing the employee lifecycle-from hiring and onboarding to career development, promotions, and exits.

- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring that systems for performance reviews, training, promotions, and compensation are consistently followed.

- Implement best practices for employee data management, compliance, and reporting, ensuring the HR function supports the organization's long-term success.

Leadership Development & Coaching:

- Coach and mentor managers and leaders across the company to enhance leadership capabilities, strengthen team dynamics, and drive performance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives that develop future leaders and ensure leadership continuity as the company grows.

Compliance & Best Practices:

- Ensure all HR activities comply with legal regulations, including employment law, benefits administration, and workplace safety.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market best practices, and legal changes to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant in HR matters.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or similar role in a high-growth or startup environment.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and to drive organizational growth through effective workforce planning and HR interventions.
